This amazing villa has 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, all of them with double beds and smart TVs. Two of the bedrooms have balconies. There\u2019s a single sofa bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms includes an ensuite luxurious bathroom with a shower and a balcony with a view of Ialysos. There are 3 bathrooms in total, with showers. All areas of the villa are fully airconditioned. Also, there\u2019s an open plan huge kitchen which is fully equipped and suitable for any meal preparation. In the same area, you will find the sitting areas of the kitchen along with an incredibly cozy living room in soothing tones of grey and exotic colors. There\u2019s a smart TV and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property.<\/p>\n

The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the arrival of the guest. If the reservation is canceled up to 60 days before arrival, the 30% deposit will be the cancellation fee. If canceled later, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. You can cancel your reservation free of charge only for the period of 24 hours after your reservation, only if the reservation date is 60 days or more before the arrival at the property.<\/p>\n
